1. Eligible Returns
Products may be eligible for return only if:
- The product received is damaged.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The product package is damaged before delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used by the customer.
- Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Products returned without the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Return Request
Customers should contact us within 24 hours of receiving their order if they receive a damaged, incorrect, or expired product.
Please provide:
- Order Number
- Product Photo (if damaged)
- Reason for the return request
4. Refund Process
After verifying the returned product, the refund will be processed.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made through bank transfer after collecting the customer’s bank account details.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
